5. Should be commenced on tues or sat.
6. When 8^th. House is unoccupied
7. Ruling constellation is –aridra,jyeshta,aslesha,or moola with the 4^th.,9^th. 14^th. Lunar day
8. Strenghten the house ruling the part of the body to be operated upon
9. No mutual aspect between mars & saturn
10. Moon should not conjuct or aspected by malefics
